Xperia cracked screen, Sony Mobile, Melissa Warren

My Sony Xperia Z1 suffered the so called \over heat and cracked screen"after only 8 months in use. On 17/12/2014 I handed my phone in for repairs. Almost 3 months down the line I must still battle to get my phone repaired / replaced under warranty. After numerous emails over the last 11 weeks from me to Melissa Warren - Sony Mobile Communications"
