WIFI And Bluetooth no longer switch on

I have a Sony Xperia Z3. Had the phone since Jan, so practically brand new. out of nowhere the phones WIFI DOESNT SWITCH ON. Vodacom cant help. Factory reset doesn't help. software update doesn't help. my data charges bill has SKY ROCKETED that on top of the bill for the actual phone which is quite expensive. it say \MAC address unavailable". how is that possible? There was nothing wrong. the phone was fine! All of a sudden the address is unavailable. I NEED wifi. Sony's website is completely unhelpful and the email department is unresponsive.
