When will I get a REAL response?

Disgusted with this company, and I strongly urge any potential buyers to steer away from this company. <br> After receiving a defective product and being told numerous times that my complaint is being dealt with I am now fed up.<br> <br> It has been months since my query has been in progress, please consider this a warning to stay away from Sony as they make false promises to buy themselves time but they never have any intentions of following up.
