Waterproof Sony Xperia Z3 ???

If you watch the ad on the tv and when you go into sony 's website, Sony says that the Sony Xperia waterproofing is rated 30 minutes at 1,5metres depth. Go on - google it!!!! Why then, when my son put his Sony xperia under a running tap, and the water went into his phone and I send it back for repairs for the third time, your staff rep**** that the Sony Xperia can not be put under water.? What the hell? Why do you advertise it then? Why do your unqualified staff say this to me but in your ads it is the waterproof feature that sell the phone? You owe me a new phone, because you cannot fix it. I already paid R2700 to fix it, and everytime it comes back, and I send it back, you charge me again. Replace my phone because you advertise that it is waterproof and then you cannot fix it. Pathetic product, pathetic service from SONY!!!!
