Warranty denied

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and its 1 month old. I held the phone in my hand while typing an sms and suddenly the back cover shattered into a million pieces!! I took it to the repair centre and whats the obvious response???? You let the phone fall, no i didn't was the fight even though there was not even a scratch on the phone and they said yes no scratches but the glass wont just crack they said!!!!!! I went onto blogs on Google and I have found at least 20 articles stating the same thing, phones cracked in the pockets or while on a call etc and all over the world they took it to repair centres who denies warranty claims!!! This is bull, this is my 3 rd Sony and def my last, I always defended Sony when my friends talked **** about the phones, but i think its time i look at another brand. A friend told me Samsung replaces your LCD for example for free 2 times!!! And this is not even my LCD its the back glass, plain old glass. Just wanted to moan coz this is bull!!! I took it to vodacom first and they said the same!! DONT CALL ME A LIER!!!
