Utterly disappointed with the SONY BRAND

Good morning<br> <br> Last year December 2014 I finally upgraded to the new Sony Xperia Z3. Happy as can be with the copper colour. Used it under running water a few times. This weekend I finally decided to use this phone under water, as stipulated on the box that it is waterproof. To my dismay for sticking it in and out under water after taking a photograph, the phone switched OFF. Now my supplier can't send this product back due to SONY MOBILE that apparently doesn't replace their so called waterproof phones because the user used it out of the specified specs, which in my case isn't, as I feel it is clearly a manufactures defect from SONY MOBILE SOUTH AFRICA. I have a SONY Bravia tv, a SONY home theater system, Sony blu ray player and even a SONY car radio as I have become accustomed to the world famous SONY brand. I would like to know if my SONY Xperia Z3 can be replaced or should I rather go else where and use one of your competition companies that takes care of their customers and don't sell phony marketing gimmick products.
