I handed my Sony Z1 Compact in 4 weeks ago to be repaired & I still do not have it back. Every time I call Cell C, I get told that it is still being looked at! For a phone that is supposed to be water & shock proof, I find it ridiculous that it stopped working within a year. If it is not repairable just say so & get on with it & give me a new phone. Surely it can not take this long to get an answer!? I have always been loyal to Sony, but this has left a bad taste... Maybe it is because Sony is leaving South Africa & they just do not care anymore!?
