Twice cheated- Fed up with Sony and Vodacom

<p>I had a Sony Xperia V coupla years ago which happened to get water damaged ( advertised as fully waterproof), anyways Vodacom deemed it "beyond economic repair" because it was negligence and they cannot get the parts from Sony. I sent the phone to countless repair shops but I had no choice but to shove it in my drawer and accept that my money was wasted. Fast forward to last year June when I got my new Sony Z3 compact from Vodacom, recently the memory card slot packed up. Sent it to Vodacom and again they deemed it beyond economic repair and Sony will not give them any parts. I keep on having faith in both Vodacom and Sony but both failed consistently. Why must Vodacom sell the phones when they cannot get the parts for it, and why should Sony advertise cellphones as waterproof when you're not going to repair it when it gets water damaged? I am terribly upset at both these companies. If my problem is not fixed this time, I will surely move on to Mtn and Samsung respectively. Disgusting unprofressionalism. </p>
