Touchscreen doesn't work
<p>I barely have my phone two years now and the touchscreen doesn't want to work, when I call sony support it wants you to type a number???? The phone can't touch ***, how am I suppose to type a number? When by some miracle I do get through after enourmous struggle they only give you a number of sss cellular to call, but NOBODY answers the phone, you can call and call and call.</p> <p>I have alway bought my Sony's cash, never changed. Now with all this **** service and phones that doesn't work and SONY can't help you fix their own phones, I seriously think it is time to change, AND I WARN YOU, DO NOT BUY SONY. EVER!!!!!!!!</p>

The help email would of helped if I got it earlier I suppose. The next day I took my phone in for a screen replacement at some backyard cellphone repair centre, as I don't have cash to buy a new smart phone right away, my phone is working but looks like a bus drove over it. P!st you couldn't help me over the phone when I called, I am reminded everytime I look at my phone.

Oh just to add, this is the second time your Sony companion didn't work to restore my contacts or any other info? The first time I thought I did something wrong, this time I made sure I follow step by step instructions before I format/reset my phone, but now I know it doesn't work. The Sony companion was a big reason why I purchased another Sony because I didn't want to lose my contacts. Google back up wasn't any help back then when I had to manually put my contacts on this phone, I didn't know how it worked then and my contacts was saved on the phone not google.
Feeling really sad and betrayed Sony :'(
