Thanks for deleting my work with your update

A software update was released and did not give me the option to decline. Instead, I could only accept the request or ignore it and deal with the reduced functionality on the phone while the request sits there. After accepting because I wanted my functionality back, the update removed apps and resulted in me loosing significant work because of that. I have used exclusively Sony phones for nearly 10 years and I will never again promote Sony to anyone (something I used to do almost daily).
