Sub standard phone

I recently bought a Sony Z5 and I have had this phone for less than a month. It overheats to such an extent that I am unable to hold the phone to my face. It get so hot that apps stop responding and it claims to have a 2 day battery life which is maybe true if you don;t use it for calls or any of the apps. Ill make two calls lasting 10 min in total and 10% of the battery life is gone. Calls drop randomly Don't even think about using google maps for this will drain the battery within 2 hours. The Vodashop want me to send it in for repairs and wont exchange it for I have had it for more than 7 days. It also comes with pre installed vodacom apps that bombard me with notifications and updates. If I try to uninstall it then it notifies me that other apps might misbehave. Contact and messenger stop responding periodically which forced me to download another messanger app but now im too afraid to uninstall the vodafone software for it might damge the other apps too. This is the first Sony phone that I have purchased and I extremely dissapointed in the brand.
