STILL NOTHING FROM SONY

My phone had a crack on it and I kept on getting the run around by Vodacom and Sony and nothing no plan forward just dead end emails saying someone would contact me the crack has now escalated to a full on bashed crack when it was initially a hairline crack to say that Sony is pathetic is the least honestly cause now when i called SSS cellular i told that the amount to fix the damage is R4000 when i only had this phone for 4 months and is on contract which i am still paying but i cant use my phone at all like why would I pay R4000 to fix the phone when i could just buy a new one changing from apple to Sony was the worst mistake my husband and i did. Sony has a manufacturing problem with their screen this should be under warranty since we paying so much for the phone itself <br> <br> VERY DISAPPOINTED
