Still No Feedback

This is my second complaint, because they don't respond to the first one.<br> <br> I have now gone on Facebook, twitter and emailed the so called customer service line, but they still do not provide any response, just referring me to SSS Cellular, who doesn't respond themselves.<br> <br> On FB they say they escalated the query, but no further feedback or response, despite my prodding for a reply.<br> <br> On Twitter they say I must email customer care. I do, they don't respond. After several emails they tell me to email SSS Cellular, they don't respond. I email customer services again, they don't respond.<br> <br> I asked SSS for the vacuum test results, obviously still waiting.<br> <br> It seems the strategy is to just keep passing me along until I give up, and I aint.
