Sony Z5 compact blues

I purchased one of your devices last year January on a contract from MTN and I have had nothing but drama with the phone since. It stopped reading sim cards after a month of getting the phone. So I went into MTN and they replaced it with a new device. With the new device all was good until I accidently broke the screen and it was sent in to the MTN repair center where the phone was unsuccessfully attempted to be fixed twice before on the 3rd time I was given a factory replacement.

The factory replacement was all working fine until December, 2 months after I received it and then it too decided to stop reading sim cards. I subsequently took it back to MTN and it went back to the repair center. Who then said they will not be repairng it as due to the back glass being cracked its physical damage to the device and the warranty is now void. For something complteley unrelated to the actual problem with the phone itself. Regardless of having the same issue of sim cards not being read before. Sony just want to pass the buck on and use the T's and C's of the warranty as an easy scape goat.

Its been two years and Ive have barley had the phone at all. What irratates me more is that I have been very calm about the matter for a long time now. As I took the phone in to get it repaired in mid December and it is now late February and I am still phoneless. Trying to get a damage report out of Sony is near impossible, Ive been waiting almost 2 weeks now for one and I am getting no response.

I have been paying for a phone now for over a year that I have barley been able to use, I will never be buying a Sony product again as the build quality of your phones is a weak at its best. All I know is that my phone is sitting some where in Johannesburg at the moment and Im paying decent money every month for somthing that is about as useful as a rock.
