Sony z3 is not waterproof as advertised

i have sent my SonyZ3 in to Vodacom twice because it was not charging <br> <br> yes i did use it in water but followed instructions as given with phone but Vodacom sent it in for assesment and it was returned without repairs and i was told it is water damaged.<br> <br> i have had the phone for one year and do all my business etc on this phone and now i have no phone at all .<br> <br> vodacom have been so unhelpful and suggested i contact the sony rep i believe my service provider should take responsibility for this as i pay them exorbitant fees monthly but they are not helping me so perhaps Sony will be so kind as to sort it out for me.<br> <br> i will not pay my contract until i have a working sony Z3 <br> <br> i have no contact other than my laptop and i intend getting a new contract with another company or perhaps a prepaid is wiser<br> <br> very disappointed customer<br> <br> Mark V Mans
