SONY Z2 WATER DAMAGED

I have a Sony Z2 which I took pictures with underwater and all was seemed fine until we noticed the phone was off , it had stopped working and there was traces of water inside the phone through the camera. My concern is that I had the back screen replaced and fixed 3 weeks before because it was cracked so I'm not sure how the water got into the phone because I took precautionary measures. It is so sad that whenever I phone Sony to resolve the matter the person who is suppose to assist (Melissa Warren) is not available or she is on another call and she will phone after 5 minutes. <br> <br> I HAD so much faith with sony and if I did not want a waterproof phone I would not have bought such an expensive phone for it to be water damaged. And to be told that there is nothing that one can do about it and that they are not sure how the water got inside the phone STINKS OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br> <br> Firstly it does not make sense what they are trying to say/imply that I put my phone inside water without making sure that everything is closed, really! After spending so much on it!!!! Secondly how long does a pressure test take? The phone was away for 5 days for the 'tests' to be done yet SONY adv
