SONY Z2 Screen problem

I got your Z2 phone a year ago , on Sunday the screen cracked for no reason! Took the phone to Vodacom yesterday to get the phone fixed and got told i have to wait 2 weeks for the screen to be fixed and even though i have insurance which i pay monthly on the phone i will have an excess as well. If i get it fixed from the local electronics store it will take 4hrs and cost R2500.... 2 Weeks to fix my phone is disgusting!! I have kept my phone in a cover , not a single scratch on it , really looked after my phone. this is the 3rd phone phone from sony that have been a bum one , I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE SONY PHONES IF THIS IS THE BUILD QUALITY... I have had to buy another android device to work with during this 2WEEK waiting period. You guys have to understand , that... a phone is not just a phone anymore... its a gps , email , camera , its pretty much every every device you might need in one... to transfer and buy another device at a cost sucks and has made me loose faith in your product as i am not sure if i could trust your devices anymore. C'mon guys i know you guys can be better
