Sony XZ problem sphone and bad service

WOW i must say that in shocked with the service that i got from Sony warranty call centre. So i got a Song XZ premium which was suppose to be the top of the rang Sony. Ja right!! After the phone started to have pixels fading on the screen, I called the warranty centre and reported the problem, i was told that they are going to arrange a temp phone for me while they repair my phone, as i use my phone for business. I was WOW that is now awesome service, only to be disappointed when they came to collect my phone with no lone phone.

When i called the call centre again this morning, they have now a different story as the are now trying to cover up. They can go on their recordings and hear their consultant assure me that they will have a temp phone when they collect. SHOCKING SERVICE SONY!!! #sonylies
