Sony Xperia Z3 - Not waterproof, false advertising

I'm disgusted with Sony's poor customer service and false advertising related to the Xperia Z3. I bought my phone in Dec 14. I took some pictures from just under the surface of the pool with all the necessary flaps closed. The phone thereafter did not want to start up. I handed it in for repair in Jan and only got it back this week. After I paid R118 for the \repair"I got \""uneconomically to repair due to water damage\"" phone back. How on this earth can you advertise this phone to be waterproof and then just bluntly refuse to repair/replace it"
