Still no feedback regarding a complaint laid in May allready. - this has been ongoing from April.<br> Phone screen is loose - ?<br> Water damage? <br> Sony has collected telephone 9 days ago from Vodacom. Still no feedback. The lady who helped me is missing from the face of the earth.<br> Does anyone at Sony care about customers? Giving them feedback? Keeping them posted?<br> <br>
