Sony Xperia Z1 Compact Screen Cracked

So I got myself a Sony Xperia Z1 Compact (Old Phone I know) on contract about three weeks ago.<br> I look very good after my phones, have a S3 that is 2 and half years old and not a single scratch. Got the Z1C for the waterproof and shock feature, not that I would ever use or need it. Went to bed on Sunday night and left the phone on the bedside, got up the morning and touch was strange. Restarted phone, touch not working at all, after investigating saw that there was a crack (So Small and thin you can barely see it).<br> How is it possible for such a rugged phone to just crack the screen, phone has never been dropped or even bumped hard. Now Sony or my Contract Provider will charge me to fix the screen. Not Happy with this at all.<br> <br> Need some assistance from Sony Mobile.
