Sony Xperia - lies

<p>My son has a Sony Xperia cellphone.. The one that is supposed to be "waterproof". He is Very careful with his phone and was sitting in our livingroom while working on his phone. The phone screen went black and despite trying all the things we were told to do on the Internet (which I personally searched for on my computer), it would not turn on.</p> <p>I took it through to the only company who deals with Sony Experia in Boksburg who informed me that it was beyond economic repair due to WATER DAMAGE! The phone had NOT been anywhere near water (unless I have a swimming pool in my lounge). I have been unable to get the phone back from the company and I am flabbergasted that this phone, which is still under warranty, has so called water damage! What a disgrace. False advertising, false report and disgusting service. I will be posting this on all social media as well as taking legal action against Sony and the company in Boksburg. </p>
