Sony Xperia Fail

I was warned about the endless issues with the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra but ignored it due to my interest in Sony mobile phones. After 4 months the front camera stops working, after 6 the rear does not work either, 10 months later the touch screen is faulty and after 12 months, it doesn't charge. With my phone being more important to me than my camera, I could not send it back to Telkom under warranty and risk not having a phone for over a month, Until it stopped charging and I tried to give it in but I was told that I was 12 days over the one year warranty and there isn't anything they could do. I called Sony, expecting them to assist as this was a common issue with their products, but they couldn't do anything unless I paid for it. I can confidently say that purchasing a Sony Xperia or any Sony Mobile phone would be the worst decision you could make.
