Sony smartphone disgusting product quality

I have just bought a Sony Z3 smartphone through MTN in Brooklyn,Pretoria. Within a week i noticed that the back cover was completely lifted thus making my so called \waterproof"phone useless. I returned it to MTN where they assessed the phone and agreed that it was a manufacturing fault. I thus received a new Sony Z3 and when i arrived home I was shocked to see that my new 2 hour old phone was also broken (the earphone port does not work). I am absolutely disgusted in the product quality of Sony and would not recommend anyone buying a Sony smartphone at any point in time."""
