SONY SCREEN FAULT!!!!!!

Dear Sony <br> <br> I purchased your Z1 Compact and have had it lying in my draw for the past 6 months, as the screen cracked randomly when I took it in to have a new screen protector put on. No Pressure was app**** the screen just cracked...... I bought this phone because it is \Durable"but WDF it just cracked for no reason. I tried to contact you sent email but was just met with no service... I have since bought another phone as I am not putting out 2K for a screen..... <br> <br> I have been upset for some time but just don't know where to go with it and don't have the time to be without a phone!
