Sony refusing to help

Sony refusing to help. Took a Vodacom contract out in April 2015 a Sony xperia C3 I stuck a micro sd card in sim slot and the board is broken. They refusing to help. Now im sitting with a 2month new Sony that is good for nothing and stuck in a 2 year contract with no phone. What do I do now
