Sony not repairing broken back glas Z5 & Z3 Compact

<p>I have a Z3 Compact and a Z5 of which both the back glass is cracked, I have taken it to a Sony repair Center (SSS Cellular) of which they claimed it is not a warranty repair according to their diagnosis(have no clue how the phone gets diagnosed) to set some perspective my Z3 Compact never fell and the Z5 did fall but barely 500CM. These Z series handsets( Sony's flagships) Is suppose to be able to withstand hectic punnishment like the original first Z that came out) this is not the case at all, these handsets are not even close to as durable as Sony say they are and when it cracks they return and say it is not a manufacturers fault it will not be repaired in warrenty. WHERE IS THE LOYALTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE?</p>
