Sony - Never Again

Horrible service from Vodacom. Went to take out a contract with Vodacom on the 19th March 2018. The contract was approved. The contract was for 2 Sony Phones with the PlayStation. The items that was coming with the contract was out of stock and we were promised to get the items soon. So one week later we received the 1 phone and the PlayStation however we did not receive the second phone. Up to date we have not received any feedback from Vodacom. This is such horrible customer service. Why does Vodacom and Sony advertise for products if they cannot meet the market demand? If they don't have stock of the phone why not replace it with another phone? How long must customers wait for a service that they are paying for? I have been to the Vodacom store 3 times and the people that work there just tell me that I must wait? How much longer must i wait? It could go up to a year that i must wait for a phone. Absolutely disgusting service from Vodacom and Sony. I would advise no one to take out a contract with Vodacom or get a Sony phone.
