Sony mobiles pathetic service and blame

Bought a Sony Z3 and three days later it bent in my pocket its been sent away for 3weeks and get a bill of R 4000.00 because apparently i dropped the phone and bent it!! i have photos of the phone and there isnt one dent or scratch on the phone so don't know how i could have dropped it and bent it at the same time.<br> <br> And Sony tells me i must pay for it or leave it!! what service is that?
