SONY MOBILE worst service and false advertising!!!

Second complain on Hello Peter and nothing has been done since first complain.<br> <br> <br> Phone was booked in because it stopped working after it was in water. Please take into account this phone gets advertised as WATERPROOF 1.5 m for 30 minutes. <br> <br> LIES!!!!!<br> <br> I went to fetch the phone after they said it is beyond economical repair. No wonder why. They did so much damage to the phone i couldnt believe it was the same phone. <br> <br> SONY MOBILE advertising is all lies!! They refuse to assist me and this phone is still new purchased June 2014 and now i am stuck with a phone that everything is loose and broken and this was not the way the phone was send to them.
