Sony M5

I only had my Brand NEW SONY M5 phone for 1 month(on contract from (25/11/2015) and it gave me problems. Still under warranty, My Sony M5 went in for repairs twice already for a manufacturing problem to Sony in Johannesburg. In December 2015 and again on 27/05/2016. The phone just switched off and dont want to go on again. Both times it was a manufacturing fault. After the 2nd time that it went in for repairs some of the features didnt function like the option to change my ringtone to my own preference of music on my memory card. I went to collect my handset at MTN Repair Cente on Friday 03/06/2016 and I had to wait because they needed to do a quality check. After waiting for 30 minutes I was told that the quality check failed and my cellphone had to be send back to Sony!!! I contacted Sony and was told to call back in 2-3 days and follow up on the status of my cellphone. I then did that today 09/06/2016 and was told that the MAIN BOARD of my handset has been replaced and the phone will be dispatched to Port Elizabeth on Monday afternoon so collection will probably be Wednesday 15/06/2016. I have a new IMEI Number also. So my question is why if it is a manufacturing fault(3 times so far), why am I not issued with a brand new cellphone because its OBVIOUSLY **** that Sony is selling to us the consumers!!!! In the meantime I should pay my contract to MTN but halve of the time I dont have the phone becuase its always faulty!!!!
