Sony M4 AQUA SUCKS

So it's 3 months before my cellphone contract will expire and I can't wait to get rid of my Sony. I've had endless problems with my Sony. It went in twice for repairs already for overheating of battery and after I received it back from repairs , it still had a same problem. Last night the phone just died and I thought it was my battery. I left it charging and it's still off. It doesn't want to switch on at all. I want a new phone from Sony or they must repair it at their cost.
