SONY EXPERIA Z3 Not waterproof

After dropping my SONY EXPERIA Z3 in my pool on Sunday it proofed to me that the phone is not really waterproof as advertised, the phones battery life is now only a day where it was about 2-2 and a half days, it looses network, and the settings switches off automatically i.e my Wi-Fi is on and all of a sudden it switches off, the phone went under water ankle depth for not even 10 seconds all the openings was closed and all of this happened after it went in the water, my phone is about 2 months old
