Sony Experia Z3 Compact glass shattered

I have a brand new Sony Experia Z3 Compact exactly two months old,it dropped off of my bed which is not high and the whole back glass has shattered. No other damage no dent, or scratch just the back completely destroyed. the phones glass is meant to be shatter proof glass and after going to vodacom repairs and showing them they say it should not have happened. I then phone sony and get put through to a call centre and they just have no interest in helping me,I am shocked at the service I am recieving and feel they need to dort my phone out as rhey advertise it as shatterproof.i will definitely take this further as I feel this is unacceptable.
