sony experia not fully functional

i bought a Sony experia e1 late last year, this phone has been giving me trouble since, i would take photos the next i would find them deleted or not showing, i cant send myself photos from my pc to this phone because this nonsense phone does not accept them. i went to mtn because i bought it from them (by the way there is no Sony store in cape town) i was told that i must down the pc companion, i did and it is just a waste of my pc space because it doesn't help either. the memory card (sd card) is useless because this phone deletes anything that one tries to store in it instead of storing in the internal memory. <br> <br> it is frustrating because one wants a phone that is user friendly not stupidly complicated, i cant even receiving songs from my friends or anyone. i would have bought a nokia 5110 it i wanted to send and receive sms or call and receive calls. i hope my complaint is taken seriously thank you.
