Sony damaged my phone!!

<p>I sent my phone in through a Cell C store store for repairs to Sony Mobile as the screen just switched off (18 April 2016).</p> <p>Sony inspected the phone and communicated to The Glen Cell C that i had water damaged my phone. This is very strange as my phone (Z3 Compact) is water resistant firstly, and i have NEVER exposed my phone to any water damage. I then instructed Cell C The Glen to ask Sony Mobile for proof of this damage as when the phone had been booked in, all items had been inspected by the consultant at Cell C The Glen and if there was anything missing or broken a note would have been made of this when the phone was booked in. I contacted Cell C The Glen again yesterday and was told by Lionel that Sony Mobile do not have the pictures of my damaged phone as these are only kept for a few days. Sony have damaged my handset and are now accusing me of the water damage. They have yet to provide proof of this and have not repaired/replaced my handset if need be.</p>
