Sony complaint dept not doing their job

After numerous mails and even a call to the callcenter my problem with sony exparia z3 is stil not attended to. Mellisa Warren do not return e-mails even after promising one day that I wil receive a awnser before end of bussines that day. I came to relise that Sony thinks that by ignoring the problem it wil go away. If you look at the amount of complaints on this site and see that almost none of them is resollved, my statement is defenatly true.
