Sony Charging Pin Break - Not covered by warranty
My Sony Experia V's charging pin broke off and got stuck in the charger. I took it to my service provider only to be told that this was cosidered physical damage. What a lot of nonsense. I handle my phone with great care and the part in question is inside the phone. I note a number of people have experienced the same problem. Sony - it is not treating customers fairly by putting the blame on them for what is obviuosly a weak design fault on Sony's part. They after all choose your product above others in an very competitive cell market. The least you can do is show the same loyalty. I am still wating for Sony to get back to me via my service provider for a quote. I dont see why I should carry any cost of the repair. One month to fix????? Fix it at no expense to the client.
