Sony Cannot Locate their phone

Bought a Sony Xperia Z2 and it was delivered on 215/04/17.Must say I was excited especially after registering it on [URL Removed] and was promised that it will be located should the unfortunate happen.Also on the same website it said that I would be able to lock the phone remotely should it fall into wrong hands.Did everything right and even got a comformation that it was registered.WHAT A BIG LIE THIS WAS.<br> <br> I came to realize that this was a lie after my phone was ****** on 09 October 2015.See after the phone was ****** I logged into their website and try to locate my phone.Its the 1st of Dec 2015 and I still haved received any notification of where my phone is.Had I known that this would have been the case I wuld have bought their phone.Evryday I go ro my inbox hoping that I would find my phone but to no avail.WhY is Sony selling a lie.I have always used diferent phones but after reading that Sony can locate their ****** phones I then decided to buy it but now am without it even though it was registered with TO LOCATE IT.I am without a phone and Sony is struggling to locate their own phone manufactered by them.My life was on that phone.
