SONY BRAND PROBLEMS

I need to know what is the possibility of a Sony Z2 with a glass protector screen and rubber cover cracks when it drops 23CM from my charger on my CARPET.<br> <br> The glass protector has no damages the screen has no splints ontop but inside you can see the crack. I cannot believe this please sony advise me is it possible that sony Z2 can break so easily no matter how much protection you use... ******** i have the fone for 7 months and could enjoy it for only 3months out of 7months<br> <br> this fone not only costs me money my job is on the line, NO WORK NO PAY NO EATING FOR ME<br> <br> I need help !!!<br> <br> I cry every night because my day is not productive enough to earn a good monthly salary.<br>
