SONY Bad phone, Bad service

<p>My Sony Xperia is giving me trouble, like most Sony phones seem to do. I send it in through my service provider for repairs as it was still under warranty. After 3 weeks I received it back. According to Sony they won't fix my phone because of so called abuse. My phone is in good condition, the crack its back (due to bad design) happened just after I got the phone (18months ago) . My current problem is a hardware problem , but they just won't fix it . My advice STAY AWAY FROM SONY PHONES! </p>
