Sony and their weeks of no response

I bought a new Sony Xperia M4 aqua from Edgars in Stanger and 4 days later the phone camera stops working, took it back and they sent it through to Sony, saying my phone will be replaced with a new one because it was the phone giving me trouble and now its been 2 weeks and a few days and I have got no response and no news. I buy a phone expecting to use it and after 4 days I'm left without one. Sony needs to replace my phone.
