I've seen alot of complaints around the software update that came out early October late September, my back cover is cracked and by looking at is Sss Cellular told me the board is damaged also but when trying the methods of recovering to default settings as suggested by Sony the phone vibrates and the charger light still works, correct me if I'm wrong doesn't the board control those functions so how does it know how to respond when u try a self master reset. Now they want R5000 to replace the main board which for me is a lie the board is fine the phone worked for months with the back cover cracked and only as I mentioned went dead whilst installing the new update. We are being ********** here by Sss Cellular who is dedicated repair centre for Sony phones. All my phones are Sony I even have the Xz and Xz Premium now. Please can u assist as Ismail from Sss Cellular is giving a b/s excuse to ****** us for money.
