Ridiculous service, false advertising

I've repeated myself far too many times with this issue. It is now becoming more a warning to others than an attempt to get any answers. The fact is that the sony's are not near as water proof as they claim to be. Every day since my issue I'm seeing more people with the same complaint, water gets in, in my case via the loudspeaker(I know this because the water was pouring out of there), & we all seem to get the same answer, we \must have left the flaps open". Yes that may be possible in some cases but for many of us that is absolute *******. Apart from all that"
