a Sony distribution center gave us such bad service that we went to the Sony Head Office for answers. we spoke to Niala, who was phenomenal. She listened and then gave me 2 options, to solve my dilemma . i must say, after the bad service we received from Sony in Vodaworld, i was blown away by her assistance and helpfulness.<br> <br> The distribution centers do not do the Sony brand justice.<br> <br>
