Really poor quality

Last year I took out a contract for a z1 compact. 5 months after having the phone the screen cracked for no reason. The phone was never dropped and always had a cover and screen guard. I took the phone to MTN they told me I would have to pay for the repair. So I upgraded to the z3. I've taken it into water without fault always checking that all ports are closed never going deeper than 0.5 meters. My luck my phone gets water damaged it's been 4 weeks since I had my phone waiting for manufacturing autherisation. I almost feel like telling sony to keep their products and switch to a different brand that doesn't cracking for no reason and doesn't get water damage on a waterproof phone. My father is in hospital and I don't have a phone I have to carry a tablet around so I have a way to communicate. I don't think I'll advise anyone I know to use sony products again
