Poor service

Been 15 days since I ordered a phone online. Got an sms that it has been taken to the courier company. Called courier company today and they said they don't have such package. Called telkom and they said they cancelled my order because they are out of stock? How is that even possible when they've debited and sent an sms that the package is taken to the courier company?
