Poor aftersales support and one SA repair centre.

Have a Xperia C3 Dual phone with a cracked back cover. Sent e-mail to [Email Removed] asking for details of authorised repair centre in Durban.<br> Got a reply telling SSS Cellular is the repair centre, which is in Johannesburg. Alternatively take the phone to the Cell C and have them send it to Johannesburg. Turnaround time 21 days!!!!!! No Sony repair centres in Durban????<br> Totally disgusted with Sony. Almost a month for just to have the cover replaced.<br> The longest I have waited with Samsung repair centre to replace a damaged touch screen in Durban was 4 days, and Hisense 1 day.<br> Sony is pathetic!!! I am never buying another Sony product as they have pathetic after sales support!!!!
