PC Companion removed without a replacement

<p>Sony does not offer any software that allows their millions of clients from around the world to sync calendar and contacts from an Xperia device to MS-Outlook. The software called PC companion is no longer available. I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8. There is nothing avalable on the internet and the Sony Experia Support Centre cannot help. They have told me to sync using a gmail account. My business DOES NOT WORK on a gmail acount. Sony being a "GIANT" in the electronic industry cannot write simple software for their users. It is embarassing to Sony. Sony - can you please offer me a solution? Xperia companion does not offer the sync functionality that I require.</p>
