NOT WATERPROOF!!

My complaint against Sony mobile is done with a heavy heart as I am a big fan of there products, so naturally when they advertised the new Z3 I could not wait to get my hands on this amazing new handset. To make a long story short 10 days after I opened the box and started using the phone I thought it would be nice to see how great the camera works underwater since the phone is being advertised to do so needless to say the phone switched off after about 5 minutes and would not come on so I took it to the repair centre and they said that they will have to look in to it as the phone is older than 7 days and therefore they can not just replace the handset, after weeks of fighting and even going as far as using my lawyers they eventually replaced the phone because even the repaired handset still failed to operate underwater I promised myself never to take it near water again because of this, unfortunately my daughter spill-ed some water on the phone and surely this should not have been an issue BUT NO! I had to take it back because sure as he!! the same thing has happened and that from just a spill of water so I am sorry Sony but this is FALSE ADVERTISING!! SO FIX!!
